BNA Americas (Ed. Inglés) – Grupo Softland to focus on the development of new markets this year
Spanish ERP software provider Grupo Softland expects to launch operations in Peru and Ecuador this year through associations with local partners, Softland Argentina general director Guillermo Vivot told BNamericas.
The company already has channel partners in Peru and Ecuador, but is looking to cement its presence in the Andean countries.
“We are also working to launch operations in other two additional markets in the region during the second half of the year but we are still defining this issue,” he said. “Peru’s economy is experiencing very significant growth rates and due to this the market represents a good opportunity for us. In Ecuador, certain industries are also growing at high rates,” Vivot said.
Headquartered in Madrid, Grupo Softland has offices in Mexico, El Salvador, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Chile and Argentina. The company’s portfolio includes the Softland Logic solution, which enables the client to administer the processes and the activities of a firm as well as Softland ERP Advanced and Softland ERP Business.
Some of the firm’s clients in Latin America include Banco Industrial, Banco Santa Cruz, Gulf Oil Argentina, Universidad de San Andrés, Baufest, Heinz, Cabrales and Pampa Energía, among others.
